At Tenmiah, we take the quality and safety of our products very seriously. All of our products have been tested for safety and quality prior to shipment.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do offer an exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange. This includes the cost of shipping the original product back to us and the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our products. Exchanges are the only option for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase.
